As with all the events that we have organised previously we work with industry experts to deliver a quality event that supports that industry. Our aim is to provide a platform to showcase Edinburgh’s coffee scene and create a date in the calendar that is a must attend event for coffee lovers.
Of course the Festival is not just about coffee. There’s all the equipment that is associated with coffee and there’s the cultural associations that are connected with coffee drinking. There’s the food that people like to consume with their coffee. And we don’t neglect tea lovers either!
A list of exhibitors and a programme of events that will include workshops, master classes and competitions is available on the Edinburgh Coffee Festival website, with further updates being added in the run up to the event.
Edinburgh’s first ever coffee festival took place at Mansfield Traquair in 2015 and was extremely well received by both exhibitors and visitors. Following the success of the event and the need for more space the 2016 Festival relocated to Summerhall.
The Edinburgh Coffee Festival, now in its 5th year, will take place on Saturday 5th October 2019 at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange. The success and growth of the event has lead us to this new, larger venue which allows us to expand the Festival offering. Conveniently located to the west of the city centre, near major transport links, train stations, and Edinburgh International Airport, coupled with its very own complimentary car parking, The Corn Exhange offers the Edinburgh Coffee Festival a venue to put down roots.
This year we will offer an exciting and further enhanced range of exhibitors and a programme of attractions including demonstrations, interactive workshops and other features.
